Crew access is limited to these locations: Jubilee Park, Fries River Park, Gambetta Rd ($10 cash required to park), and the Start/Finish area. You are allowed 1 crew vehicle per runner at a time; do not block roads, driveways, or other vehicles. No fires, alcohol, or dogs (per park permits). No crew may bike or run along the course while the race is in progress.
An interactive driving-directions map between aid stations is here: https://caltopo.com/m/G4G3QK1 (organizer estimates ~125 miles of driving if you go to every aid station without getting lost or diverted, so plan fuel accordingly).
Hiawassee, Draper, and Jubilee Park aid stations sit in residential communities and are typically reached in the dead of night — please use library voices (no honking, music, yelling, or cowbells) between 8pm and 8am, and turn off vehicle interior lights while parked.
Bring gear with wheels rather than large coolers/totes — you may need to walk up to a half mile on uneven ground to reach the runner. Aid stations already stock food, water, and first aid, so extra supplies are mostly unnecessary beyond niche foot-care items.
$10 cash (exact change) is required per car per day to park at New River Trail State Park aid stations, including Gambetta Rd specifically.
