Crew members must maintain a minimum distance of at least 10 feet from all aid stations. Only runners are allowed to approach aid station tables. Crews are not allowed on the race course and may only give aid at designated crew-access aid stations (Sutton Bluff, Brooks Creek, Hazel Creek, Berryman Campground, Billy's Branch, Henpeck Hollow, and the Finish at Bass River Resort). Crews must park on one side of the road only, as directed by aid station personnel, both at aid stations and at the start. At Brooks Creek and Henpeck Hollow, no crew vehicles may drive past the aid station to turn around or park. Smoking is not allowed within 300 feet of any aid station. Race headquarters and the finish line are at Bass River Resort; a mandatory pre-race briefing is held there at 6:00 PM on Friday, October 30th, 2026, and packet pickup/drop bag drop-off run 2:00-6:00/7:00 PM that same day (no morning-of packet pickup).
