Start (Rim Nordic) — crew/spectators use temporary parking at Snow Valley Ski Resort (across the street; the lot closes at 4pm).
Doble Camp 1 & 2 — mandatory crew shuttle, no parking at the aid station. Park at Snow Summit (880 Summit Blvd Suite B, Big Bear Lake, CA 92315; map) and ride the shuttle (about 20 min). Shuttle runs Fri Oct 9 3:00 PM – Sat Oct 10 7:30 AM.
Sugarloaf 1 & 2 — mandatory crew shuttle, no parking at the aid station. Park at Bear Mountain Ski Resort (43101 Goldmine Dr Suite A, Big Bear Lake, CA 92315) and ride the shuttle (about 20 min). Shuttle runs Fri Oct 9 9:00 PM – Sat Oct 10 7:00 PM.
Bear Mountain — crew parking allowed at Bear Mountain Ski Resort (43101 Goldmine Dr Suite A, Big Bear Lake, CA 92315).
Snow Summit — crew access is at the base only (parking allowed, 880 Summit Blvd, Big Bear Lake, CA 92315); the aid station itself is at the peak. Crew can ride the chairlift up Saturday from 6am-Midnight (requires purchasing a lift ticket at the Snow Summit ticket window).
Finish (Big Bear Village) — no parking at the finish. Park at Snow Summit (880 Summit Blvd, Big Bear Lake, CA 92315) and take the Finish Line shuttle (Purple Route, about 10 min), starting Sat Oct 10 at 10:00 AM (check the Runner Guide for end time). It drops off at the Pennsylvania Lot, one block from the Finish Line/Basecamp, and picks up there for the return.
Pacers — allowed from Doble Camp 2, Sugarloaf 1 & 2 and Bear Mountain only (not at Doble Camp 1 or the Snow Summit base). Pacer drop-off is not possible at the shuttle-access stations. Pacer bibs/waivers are available at the Expo, Doble Camp 2, Sugarloaf or Bear Mountain.
